Support
Email support@patribible.com for product support, privacy questions, or deletion requests. Your default mail app opens an unsent draft and retains the final Send control.
Where online profiles are available, You → Online profile → Delete online account starts account deletion. Reauthenticate the same account and explicitly confirm the request; pending provider or server cleanup is shown until completion can be confirmed. This removes the online account and associated server profile, username and sessions while preserving local Reader records, recovery keys and unsynced changes. Sign-out and Erase All Local Data are separate choices. See Privacy Choices for local-data and support-email deletion.
Optional Support Evidence
In Privacy & Support, first choose Prepare Support Evidence. Patri Bible prepares the fields locally and shows every field. You may remove any field before the separate Include in Email action places only the visible fields in an unsent draft.
Default fields are limited to product and build, operating-system or browser major version, coarse device class, and sanitized connectivity, storage, integrity, and error results. Reader State, Scripture, IP addresses, stable identifiers, detailed event history, automatic screenshots, and byte-level storage details are excluded.
Preparing, previewing, removing, abandoning, or including evidence creates no automatic upload or local support record.
Retention and early deletion
A deliberately sent support email, sender address, message, and optional Reader-added attachment are used only for the case and are not linked to reading activity. Purelymail stores new support correspondence and processes replies sent as support@patribible.com. Earlier correspondence may remain in a private Gmail inbox hosted by Google; Cloudflare Email Routing and SMTP2GO handled that earlier mail. These providers may retain limited routing logs or backups under their own policies.
When a case is finished, we delete its conversation from the active inbox and remove it from Trash within 30 days. For earlier mail, Gmail Trash removes it automatically within 30 days unless we permanently delete it sooner. After a verified early deletion request, we remove the conversation from the active inbox and Trash, including any earlier Gmail copy, within 30 days and confirm.
